High-Frequency Screen

High-frequency screen is a new generation screening equipment designed on years of SBM production experience.It is high efficiency,small amplitude and high frequency.Compared with the commonly screening and grading equipments,the SBM High-frequency screen adopts higher frequency which can damage tension force of the pulp surface.
It cam make the fine particles able to oscillate speedily on the surface of the screen because of the high frequency, and the big expecting minerals are isolated from the pulp easily.In addition,to meet the customer’ needs,it can achieve the different size of final material by adjust the screen.

Working principle of High-Frequency Screen

The structure of SBM High-Frequency Screen is mainly of the screen box,vibrator,hanging and supporting device and motor, etc.At working,motor drive the vibrator of spindle by the v-belt.Due to the unbalance weight on the vibrator,it bring a centrifugal force and make the screen box vibrating.By changing the vibrator eccentric,we can get different amplitudes.With this reaction,it can realize the classification of different granularity in accordance with the requirements.
