Working principle of Magnetic Separation Machine
First,the pulp flow into the tub,under the action of water spray water,the particles in loose state into the tub to the mining area.Under the effect of magnetic field,the magnetic magnetic mineral grains occur together and form "magnetic group".It move to the poles as the affect magnetic force in the pulp and being adsorbed on the cylinder.Then,the cylinder rotate in alternating magnetic drum that generates a magnetic stirring phenomenon.The gangue and other non-magnetic minerals in the "magnetic group"falling down in rotation.The "magnetic group"which has finally been sucked on the surface of the cylinder is to concentrate.
